Hands-on POEM Course
    PORTLAND, OR
April 19-20, 2026

Registration

COURSE OVERVIEW

Per-oral Endoscopic Myotomy (POEM) is now widely accepted as an alternative to laparoscopic heller myotomy and is the preferred option for type III achalasia.

The surgical technique is also applicable to a wide variety of sub-mucosal space flexible endoscopic surgical procedures including ESD, Endoscopic pyloromyotomy and others. With extensive experience in endoscopic surgery, specifically performance of POEM in patients since 2010, The Foundation for Surgical Innovation & Education is proud to offer an intensive educational course designed to help gastroenterologists and surgeons acquire the skills necessary to safely and competently perform endoscopic myotomy and submucosal surgery.

With more than 600 cases, we are increasingly enthusiastic and want to share what we have learned with you. We invite you to participate in an exclusive training course for advanced endoscopic esophagologists.
