    Internship Application

INTERNSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
  1. Submit the completed online internship application including a CV/resume. Please make sure this is PDF format
  2. FSIE Committee will review all applications monthly. You should expect to hear the committee decisions regarding acceptance within 4-6 weeks of applying for medical student applications, by January 1st for Undergraduate summer interns and by April 1st for High School Summer Interns
  3. If accepted, FSIE will contact you to finalize dates of your fellowship/internship. You may be required to provide a digital photo to be distributed to security and staff and pass a routine background check.
  4. Finally, you will need to complete the required HIPAA forms and Providence Observer-ship forms (to be provided).
